The following accounts were taken from Athens-Clarke County and University Police reports.
Oct. 6
- University student Rafael Ramon Young was arrested and charged with peeping tom after University student and Ramsey Center employee Robert Burton reported to University police that Young watched him shower in the Ramsey Center locker room between 8:45 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. on Oct. 4.
Police barred Young from Ramsey for 90 days.
- Between 5 p.m. Friday and 8:30 a.m. Monday the windows of the Pharmacy School's greenhouses were broken.
- University student Gregory Brent Schmitz reported to ACC Police that after hosting a party at 300 Stone Mill Run Apt. 22 he noticed his iPod missing.
Schmitz told police he searched the apartment of a person known to him and found his iPod under the person's bed.
Oct. 7
- A female University student reported to University Police that between 1 p.m. Saturday and 2:30 p.m. Sunday someone entered her vehicle parked in the Brumby Lot and took her iPod with charger and cell phone charger and headset.
Oct. 8
- University student Flynn Hoag reported to ACC Police that someone took 20 plastic black chairs from the lawn of Pi Beta Phi at 886 South Milledge Ave. between 8 p.m. Sunday and 10 a..m. Monday.
Oct. 9
- ACC Police arrested University employee Katherine Frances Smith at about 11:10 p.m. at the intersection of East Broad Street and Foundry Street and charged her with driving under the influence.
- University student Neil Shannon reported to ACC Police that someone took his Motorola Razr cell phone from his while he was inside the BP station on South Milledge Avenue at about 4:50 p.m.
Shannon told police he left his doors unlocked and windows down.
