Sister Hazel puts 'new life' into tour
Promotes new album, 'Absolutely'

On the heels of releasing its newest album, "Absolutely," Sister Hazel took off last October to begin promoting and connecting with fans all over the country.
Jett Beres, bassist for the band, said it generally takes one year for the band to travel to each part of the country to promote, and Sister Hazel enjoys every minute of it.

Beres said it has proven difficult to commit to playing too much of one album in concert.
Sister Hazel will not neglect to play numerous favorites as fans typically demand.
Beres said the band will "breath new life" into some of its older songs in order to revamp its concert from what it has been like in previous years.
He said the group loves the new album - it's an album that "people like to listen to from front to back."
Each of the five members of the band consider themselves songwriters, which helps them form a diversified collection of songs for the band to pick from and tweak into hits.
With "Absolutely" in particular, Beres said the members managed to "move forward but also managed to bring out who we are."
Sister Hazel has come to Athens every year for the past ten years, and this year promises to bring new and exciting American rock music to their unfaltering loyal college-based fans.
