The following unrelated incidences were reported by the Athens-Clarke County police department:

A burglary occurred at University Apartments on 505 Riverbend Parkway between 2 p.m. on Aug. 31 and 4:30 p.m. on Sept. 2. Joshua Cole Smith and Brynn Green reported a $1000 HP laptop, a $217 Polaroid television, a $1000 IBM Thinkpad laptop, and a $200 Playstation 2 game console stolen. An interior door was broken. The case was turned over to Detective Stewart of the Criminal Investigations Division.

A criminal trespass to property occurred at 490 Roth Drive between 9 p.m. on Sept. 1 and 1:45 p.m. on Sept. 2. Kristen Weddle reported damage to her driver side window where the window was busted. Nothing was taken. Police took prints for evidence. The damage is valued at $250 to repair.

A burglary occurred at 390 Cedar Springs Drive between 5 p.m. on Aug. 22 and noon on Sept. 2. Jose Alvarez, a University professor, reported a $2,000 48-inch flat screen TV, a $150 HP printer, a $200 Dell monitor and a $900 Dell computer stolen. He arrived home to find the carport door unsecured and the property stolen. The suspect gained entrance through a rear window and left it open.

A theft occurred at Windsor Place Apartments at 595 Macon Highway between 7 p.m. on Aug. 31 and 7 p.m. on Sept. 3. Joel Edward Carney reported a $20 trailer hitch stolen.

Kelly Ann Archer, 21, was arrested for shoplifting at Belk on 3700 Atlanta Highway at 2:45 p.m. on Sept. 4. She stole a $25 powder, two $17 eye shadows, a $28 lotion and a $17 makeup remover. The Loss Prevention Officer of Belk told ACC police he saw her exit the store with the items on video surveillance. They stopped her at Macy's, where she was at first disorderly and then complied, according to the report. She presented three items hidden in her car and two in her purse. She was issued a criminal trespass warning and is barred from Georgia Square Mall for one year and from Belk for two years.

The following unrelated incidences were reported by the UGA police department:

Thomas Kany Bryan was arrested for driving under the influence and no headlights on Wray Street at 2 a.m. on Sept. 1.

Nicholas Alexander Barwig was arrested for underage possession and pedestrian under the influence on College Station Road at 4:20 a.m. on Sept. 1.

Lucas Rutledge Varner was arrested for public drunkenness at Sanford Stadium at 9 p.m. on Sept. 1.

Davis Reilley Franck was arrested for underage possession and possession of a fake ID at Sanford Stadium at 9 p.m. on Sept. 1.

A theft occurred at Brumby Hall between 9 p.m. and 9:20 p.m. on Aug. 29. Shoes, food and a computer program were stolen. The items were valued at approximately $50.

An entering auto occurred at the Old McWhorter Hall lot between 4 p.m. and 4:15 p.m. on Sept. 1. Six football tickets were taken from the unsecured vehicle.

A windshield and rearview mirror were broken on a vehicle parked at the railroad lot between noon at 7:15 p.m. on Sept. 1.

A theft was reported at Sanford Stadium at 6:40 p.m. on Sept. 1. The male visitor reported his wallet and $1620 in contents stolen.

A theft occurred at Sanford Stadium between 6:15 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. The male visitor reported his wallet and $566 in contents stolen.

A theft occurred at Kappa Alpha between 2 a.m. and 2:30 a.m. on Sept. 1. A female visitor reported her purse and $1655 in contents stolen.

A criminal trespass occurred at the Chi Phi lot between 11 p.m. on Sept. 1 and 12:30 p.m. on Sept. 2. A male visitor reported that his vehicle's taillight and rear windshield were broken.

A criminal trespass occurred at the East Campus Village deck between 9 a.m. on Aug. 30 and 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 1. A female student reported her vehicle scratched.

A theft occurred at the Tate Center at 2:30 p.m. on Sept. 1. The male visitor reported his wallet and $90 in contents stolen.

Brittany Lennon McGraw, 18, and Kathryn Stewart Slater, 18, were arrested for underage possession at the West Deck at 3:20 a.m. on Sept. 5. McGraw was also charged with driving under the influence.

An entering auto occurred at Sanford Stadium between 2 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. on Aug. 31. A University ratchet set valued at $86 was stolen.

A theft occurred at the Athlete Academic Center between 7:30 a.m. and 8 a.m. on Aug. 31. A book bag and $520 in contents were stolen.

A subject refused to pay taxi fees at the Brumby Circle Lot at 1:15 a.m. on Sept. 6.

The following unrelated arrests were reported in the Clarke County Sheriff's Office booking log:

Mark William Powers, 20, was arrested for probation violation for state court. He was booked at 11:20 a.m. on Sept. 4.

Steven Lewis Coppin, 40, was arrested for possession of marijuana. He was booked at 1:15 p.m. on Sept. 4. Coppin is a University utility worker.

Rex Lurance Faust, 44, was arrested for criminal trespass and simple battery. He was booked at 5:50 a.m. on Sept. 5. Faust is a University utility worker.

Mark William Powers, 20, was arrested for probation violation for state court. He was booked at 11:20 a.m. on Sept. 4.

Natalie Yslan Bowman, 23, was arrested for contempt of municipal court. He was booked at 2:35 p.m. on Sept. 5.

Darryl Rashad Gamble, 19, was seat belt required and suspended license. He was booked at 10:45 a.m. on Sept. 6.

Kyle Franklin Lord, 20, was arrested for underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 2:45 a.m. on Sept. 6.

Chrystal Rose Spadaccino, 25, was arrested for not exhibiting license on demand and improper driving. She was booked at 12:50 a.m. on Sept. 6.
