The following unrelated incidents were reported by the Athens-Clarke County police department:

Lauren Kimberly Ramos, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and second degree forgery at 11:20 p.m. on Sept. 27. Police found her car parked five feet from the curb in front of 215 Pineview Drive. She presented identification with her picture, name and address but a false date of birth. A friend moved the car into the driveway, and Ramos was transported to the Clarke County Jail.

Blake Lewis Kilday, 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and seat belts required at 12:20 a.m. on Sept. 28. An officer pulled over the vehicle at East Clayton and Jackson streets because the front passenger wasn't wearing a seatbelt. Shail Amin, 18, said he had been drinking and was charged with underage possession.

Paul Allis, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol, theft by taking and manufacturing/distributing fake ID at 12:30 a.m. on Sept. 28. Police were called to a possible theft at General Beauregard's at 164 East Clayton Street. An employee and witness saw Allis take $60 from the tip jar on the bar. The jar and tips were returned, and Allis was transported to the Clarke County Jail.

An entering auto occurred on 264 Ruth Street between 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 26 and 9 a.m. on Sept. 27. Meaghan Elam reported her $100 Fm converter stolen.

An entering auto occurred at Lumpkin Square Apartments on 1515 South Lumpkin Street between 2 a.m. and 8 a.m. on Sept. 27. Michael Hyle reported a $1500 car stereo stolen and the rear driver side window broken. Fingerprints were collected.

The following unrelated incidents were reported by the UGA police department:

A theft occurred at Grady College between 12:25 p.m. and 12:40 p.m. on Sept. 27. A female student reported her bookbag and $124 in contents stolen.

Nicholas Law Malone and William Gatewood Brading were arrested and charged with underage possession and obstruction at the Chi Phi house at 3 a.m. on Sept. 28.

Jong Hyun Shin was arrested and charged with DUI and failure to maintain lane on Oconee Street at 3 a.m. on Sept. 28.

The following unrelated arrests were reported in the Clarke County Sheriff's Office booking log:

Eric Anthony Cushman, 19, was arrested anc charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 2:43 a.m. on Sept. 28. Cushman is a Bolton Dining Hall employee.

Justin Yashar Farhoudi, 17, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 1:23 a.m. on Sept. 28.

Kristin Elaine Googe, 23, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and headlights. She was booked at 3:08 a.m. on Sept. 28. Googe is a clerk for external affairs of financial services.

Karolina Ewa Tupko, 19, was arrested and charged with right of way in crosswalk, driving under the influence of alcohol, underage possession of alcohol, not exhibiting license on demand and improper backing. She was booked at 3:51 a.m. on Sept. 28.

Taylor Scott Vanheest, 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 1:20 a.m. on Sept. 28.

Jerry Dana Wade, 31, was arrested and charged with tail light violation, suspended/revoked registration and no proof of insurance. He was booked at 1:37 a.m. on Sept. 28. Wade is a Bolton Dining Hall employee.

Willie Elvis Barnett, 18, was arrested and charged with loitering/prowling. He was booked at 6:17 p.m. on Sept. 28. Barnett is a custodial worker for South Campus.

David Joseph Friedman, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 5:23 a.m. on Sept. 29.

Olga Rayne Herndon, 21, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. She was booked at 7 p.m. on Sept. 28.

Jorfre Oscar Leon, 20, was arrested and charged with laying drags, driving under the influence of alcohol and underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 6:20 a.m. on Sept. 29. Leon works at Terry College.

Rachel Faith Rigdon, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. She was booked at 3:45 a.m. on Sept. 29.

Debbie Darling Thomas, 41, was arrested and charged with contempt of Municipal Court, giving false information and driving under the influence of alcohol. She was booked at 3:44 a.m. on Sept. 29. She is an employee for Chick-fil-A food services on campus.

Thomas Hale Avery, 19, was arrested and charged with possession of open containers in vehicle, obstruction and underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 3:05 a.m. on Sept. 30.

Matthews Steven Barnett, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 2:15 a.m. on Sept. 30.

Michael Reed Carson, 20, was arrested and charged with false name on license, underage possession of alcohol and noise ordinance violation. He was booked at 2:15 a.m. on Sept. 30.

Bryan Leighton Dawson, 24, was arrested and charged with pedestrian under the influence. He was booked at 3 a.m. on Sept. 30.

Jamey Elizabeth Jones, 20, was arrested and charged with improper driving and underage possession of alcohol. She was booked at 7:53 p.m. on Sept. 29.

Ellison Smyth McKissick IV, 19, was arrested and charged with pedestrian walking on road and underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 9:08 p.m. on Sept. 29.

Marin Feodor Mills, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and possession of ID without consent. He was booked at 8:40 a.m. on Sept. 30.

Keith Lamar Reid, 34, was arrested and charged with improper driving and driving under the influence of alchol. He was booked at 2:54 a.m. on Sept. 30. Reid is a Bolton Dining Hall employee.

Bradley Charles Smith, 18, was arrested and charged with possession of ID without consent and underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 3:55 a.m. on Sept. 30.

Michael Anthony Stanley, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and open container. He was booked at 6:35 p.m. on Sept. 29. Stanley is a delivery worker for central research stores.

Christopher Edward Sykes, 23, was arrested and charged with reckless conduct. He was booked at 3:30 a.m. on Sept. 30.
