When will students learn that having/drinking alcohol when under the legal age of 21 is against the law? Is the law clear as to whether or not drinking within the confines of a private residence is allowed? All of these students now supposedly must face university rules also with suspension being the cost for a second offense. (Continued…)

Yea I'm pretty sure everyone knows drinking underage is illegal. They also know that ACC is addicated to the revenue of alcohol related tickets. I'd gladly take an MIP or two over my 4 years of college so I can get hopped enough to make some bad decisions. (Continued…)

Fair enough, 1408. I agree, its no one's fault but the students. I certainly don't agree with the laws, or the tact the police force is taking, but the police are doing what they're told. (Continued…)

Although some of these comments make me laugh... I am going to ignore them just this once. Because, for the first time in Red and Black history, they reported a story in an unbiased manner!!! Oh my goodness! No sorority/fraternity affiliations! They even called out one of their own men. (Continued…)
