The following unrelated incidents were reported by the Athens-Clarke County police department:
Nicholas Michael Schemmel and Paul Richard Temple were arrested for underage possession at West Hancock Avenue and Plaza Street at 2 a.m. on Oct. 7. Temple also had a fake ID. An officer smelled the odor of alcohol on their breaths at a traffic stop, even though they attempted to hide the odor by smoking, the police report stated.
A theft occurred at 165 Arch Street between 10:45 a.m. and 9 p.m. on Oct. 7 Alex Cronon reported a red $300 bicycle stolen that had been chained. A friend said he may have seen it at the location around 6 p.m.
Criminal damage occurred at Lumpkin Pointe Apartments at 1570 South Lumpkin Street between 10 p.m. on Oct. 6 and noon on Oct. 7. Jonvieve Kloster said she thought her ex-boyfriend let the air out of her tires and keyed both sides of her car when she was flirting with a another male downtown. She said they have been broken up for seven months and he had bad temper. The damage was valued at $600.

An entering auto occurred at the West Deck between 9:45 a.m. on Oct. 1 and 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 5. A male student reported $20 and four CDs stolen.
An entering auto occurred in the Brumby lot between 10 p.m. on Oct. 3 and 4:30 p.m. on Oct. 5. A male student reported a $305 iPod and docking station stolen.
Jason Zhengxin Hao was arrested and charged with driving with suspended license and speeding on the River Road loop at 4:38 p.m. on Oct. 5.
Ross Loo McDonald was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to maintain lane on Baxter Street at 1:52 a.m. on Oct. 6.
Matthew White Womack was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and failure to maintain lane on East Campus Road at 3:12 a.m. on Oct. 6.
Latoya Washington was arrested and charged with underage possession at East Campus Village at 4:20 a.m. on Oct. 6.
Margaret Kantor was arrested and charged with underage possession at Myers Hall at 1:45 a.m. on Oct. 7.
Price Leigh McKeon was arrested and charged with underage possession at Brumby Hall at 3:30 a.m. on Oct. 7.
Maren White was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, underage possession and failure to maintain lane on Lumpkin Street at 5:30 a.m. on Oct. 7.
A burglary occurred at the Intramural Fields storage shed between 4 p.m. on Oct. 5 and 8:15 a.m. on Oct. 8. A $300 weed eater, $400 blower and $75 gas can were stolen.
A theft occurred on East Campus Road at 3:20 a.m. on Oct. 8. A camera, case and memory card were stolen.

Austin Frank Carson, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to obey traffic signals and improper driving. He was booked at 6:22 p.m. on Oct. 8.
Javier Rahaman Johnson, 19, was arrested and charged with suspended license. He was booked at 2:50 a.m. on Oct. 9.
Likoya Marquel Long, 20, was arrested and charged with probation violation under State Court. She was booked at 9:50 a.m. on Oct. 8. Long is an East Village Commons worker.
