The following unrelated incidents were reported by the Athens-Clarke County police department:

Kathryn Ann Gaspierik, , was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and failure to maintain lane on College Station Road at 1:30 a.m. on Jan. 2.

A theft occurred at the Chicopee building between 10 a.m. and 10:15 a.m. on Jan. 3. A $150 table was stolen.

A theft occurred at Mell Hall between noon on Dec. 15 and 3 p.m. on Jan. 4. A bicycle was stolen.

Charlotte Hunter Fuqua was arrested and charged with underage possession at Rutherford Hall at 12:50 a.m. on Jan. 6.

Christine M. Bailey was arrested and charged with underage possession at Rutherford Hall at 1:34 a.m. on Jan. 6.

Parks Takashi Miller, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession at the Founder's Garden at 2:46 a.m. on Jan. 8.

Keith James Beaumont, 24, was arrested and charged with intoxication. He was booked at 2:25 a.m. on Jan. 8.

Michael Alan Mulcahy, 20, was arrested and charged with felony theft by taking. He was booked at 5:53 p.m. on Jan. 8.

Anthony Wayne Graniero, 22, was arrested and charged with tail light violation and possession of marijuana. He was booked at 3:07 a.m. on Jan. 8.

James Finn Howell, 21, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper driving. He was booked at 3:53 a.m. on Jan. 1.

Autrey Lee Merritt, 24, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and an unsafely equipped vehicle. He was booked at 11:17 a.m. on Jan. 9.

Matthew James Ritchie, 19, was arrested and charged with possession of ID without consent and improper driving. He was booked at 3:21 a.m. on Jan. 10.
