The Athens Area Habitat for Humanity celebrated its 20th anniversary at The Georgian Thursday. The celebration kicked off the Committee of 1,000, a fundraising effort to get 1,000 donations of $65 each. Rack of Spam, a band formed by members of the Normaltown Flyers, provided live entertainment while guests were served hors d'oeuvres.
