Trespass caution

The Federal Railroad Administration and the Great Walton Railroad will prosecute individuals who enter the property, University Police Chief Jimmy Williamson wrote Thursday in an e-mail to the Arch listserv.
Police have received complaints that University students and staff were parking at the railroad, inappropriately crossing tracks and climbing on railcars, the e-mail states.

This is a joke, what about all the cars that park on or very close (in the trains path) on the tracks off east campus on game day. UGA police do nothing to them. (Continued…)

Who said the UGA Police are worried about it and are wanting to be involved? If you read what was written, Chief Williamson was simply warning people that the railroad companies have been filing complaints and intend to prosecute trespassers. (Continued…)
