I am very disturbed by the emails of Mark Jensen and disappointed that they were downplayed by Mr. Shewmaker in the lecture that he gave to my Psychology of Women class, who called them silly and insignificant. (Continued…)

Are you proposing that the University define Sexual Harassment that is not in accord with the legal definition? How would the University defend itself against people they find in violation of a policy that fits no case law on the matter?

Further: to make all behavior that you find boorish, reprehensible or in distasteful fit the definition of Sexual Harassment would lead to never ending litigation. (Continued…)

boorish is just an old fashioned "boys will be boys" term for inappropriate. it is the Laws that need to be changed.
