The Tacos Mexicanos at "What's Cooking?" are served on corn tortillas which are smaller and heartier than the accustomed flour tortilla. Ingredients such as sweet onions, cilantro and a splash of lime add to the layers of flavor and experience. At What's Cooking, chef innovations and attention to detail can be seen by the Parmesan cheese on the refried beans and tied corn husks around the tamales.
