Sneak peak at Cine

When Cine opened its doors in April 2007, it was merely the opening of another movie theater to many people in Athens. However, Kamala Lyons, Cine's public relations director, insists that Cine is "more than just a movie theater."
Located in an old tire plant on West Hancock Avenue, Cine has a unique atmosphere that distinguishes itself from other American theaters. The theater, which shows predominantly foreign and independent films, has a suave interior that is modeled after a European-style cinema.
In addition to water and soft drinks, Cine's BarCafe stocks fruit juice and coffee, not to mention beverages of the alcoholic variety.
