Here are some downtown bars that, while enforcing the age limit, keep their customers' inner kid alive with PG-rated activities.
Georgia Bar
159 W. Clayton St.
With a change machine located at the bar entrance, the video games are hard to resist.
The highlight of this spot is a machine that holds nearly 40 different old-school games such as "Pacman," "Galaga," "1942" and "Frogger."
Max Canada
243 W. Washington St.
Remember the '90s with "Carnival of Evil," a rail shooter arcade game whose peppered humor and life-like violence is definitely worth a quarter or two.
For the squeamish, there are several other arcade games, five pool tables, darts and a foosball table.
The Pub at Gameday
251 W Clayton St.
This board game hotspot has an array to choose from, including: "Jenga," "Life," "Sorry," "Clue," "Connect 4," "Trivial Pursuit" and many more.
There is also a Nintendo Wii system hooked up to a high-definition TV.
RPM
235 W. Washington St.
Neither a ship nor a broom-like stick are needed to play table shuffle board at this bar.
There is also foosball, pinball, "Galaga" and "Pacman" for the less adventurous.
Nowhere Bar
240 N. Lumpkin St.
On the nights this bar/venue doesn't have a show, the "Ripley's Believe It or Not" and Nascar pinball machines are where it's at.
Other features include six pool tables, dart boards, bowling and golf video game machines.
