The following incidents were reported by Athens-Clarke County jail log:
Wilson Abele Smith, 25, was arrested and charged with operation of an unregistered vehicle and no proof of insurance. He was booked at 1:24 p.m. on Sept. 16.
Lucy Joan Woodhead, 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. She was booked at 4:10 on Sept. 16.
Kevin Paul Allen, 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and possession of a false ID. He was booked at 3:31 a.m. on Sept. 13.
Tyler Allen Bumgarner, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He as booked at 4:15 a.m. on Sept. 13.
Daniel Andre Hagler, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 12:03 a.m. on Sept. 13.
Thomas Winchester Hurley, 22, was arrested and charged with battery. He was booked at 4:35 p.m. on Sept. 12.
Marin Feodor Mills was arrested and charged with manufacturing and distributing false IDs and underage possession of alcohol. She was booked at 2:35 a.m. on Sept. 13.
Bobby Albert Molleur, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol, driving while under the influence, and other agency hold. He was booked at 3:25 a.m. on Sept. 13.
Kristopher Earnest Ransom, 21, was arrested and charged with failure to have a license. He was booked at 11:02 p.m. on Sept. 12.
Matthew James Ritchie, 19, was arrested and charged with manufacturing and distributing false IDs and underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 4:41 a.m. on Sept. 13.
Sarah Yvonne Jones, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. She was booked at 3:50 a.m. on Sept. 14.
Justin Edward Myles, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and possession of a false ID. He was booked at 1:42 a.m. on Sept. 14.
Leah Diane Pharr, 21, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license. She was booked at 4:04 a.m. on Sept. 14.
Sara Snelgrove, 18, was arrested and charged with manufacturing and distributing false IDs and underage possession of alcohol. She was booked at 4:04 a.m. on Sept. 14.
Frank Prentiss Hammond, 19, was charged with a probation violation. He was booked at 4:06 p.m. on Sept. 18.
Between 5 p.m. Sept. 15 and 8 a.m. Sept. 16 a laptop valued at $2,500 was stolen from an office at the Baptists Student Union, 450 South Lumpkin St. The theft was not reported until Sept. 17.
The Sandburg Street residence of David Brownlee and William Douglas Hudalla was burglarized between 11 p.m. Sept. 16 and 4 a.m Sept. 17. TVs, shotguns and a laptop with a total value of $3,150 were stolen.
James Henry Chandler reported his 2005 Yamaha scooter stolen from his Dennis Drive residence between 10 p.m. Sept. 14 and 8:50 a.m. Sept. 15. The scooter is gray and valued at $2,000.

Cameron Gile Pratt, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol, possession on an ID without consent and failure to yield right of way. He was arrested at Lipscomb Hall Lot at 12:09 a.m. on Sept. 17.
David Scott Currie Jr., 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was arrested at Hill Hall at 3:49 a.m. on Sept. 19.
Trevor John Yochum, 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was arrested at Creswell Hall at 3:20 a.m. on Sept. 19.
Chelsea Danielle Datko, 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. She was arrested at Brumby Hall at 1:54 a.m. on Sept. 19.
Ronjon Banerjee, 21, was arrested and charged with DUI, failure to maintain lane, duty upon strike and failure to report an accident. He was arrested at South Street and Jackson Street at 3:41 a.m. on Sept 19.
The University reported janitorial supplies worth $465 were stolen from the Student Learning Center Between 4 p.m. on Sept. 9 and 7 a.m. on Sept. 10.
A male visitor reported a vehicle and contents worth $16,650 were stolen at the Morris Hall Lot between 6 p.m. on Sept. 11 and noon on Sept. 12. The vehicle recovered close by.
A University student reported her purse and contents worth $283 were stolen and credit cards used without authorization at 9 a.m. on Sept. 12.
A University student reported gold ring worth $435 was stolen at Oglethorpe House between 11:30 a.m. Sept 4 and 8 a.m. Sept. 5.
A male visitor reported guitar and various ID cards worth $541 were stolen from his car at the Chicopee-Dudley Parking Lot between 7:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. on Sept. 13.
A University student reported wallet and contents worth $38 were stolen from Family Housing on Roger's Road at 6:15 p.m. on Sept. 13.
A University student reported receiving e-mails of a harassing nature at Oglethorpe House between 6:36 a.m. on Sept. 12 and 1 p.m. on Sept. 13.
A University student reported criminal damage to his rear vehicle window at the School of Music between 7:30 a.m. on Sept. 13 and 7:49 a.m. on Sept. 14.
Officers responded to a domestic dispute in building 1512 at East Campus Village between 11:30 p.m. on Sept. 14 and 12:07 a.m. on Sept. 15.
A male student reported two unknown individuals approached him with a gun and demanded his belongings, no property was taken, no injuries were reported at Terrell Hall and the Administration Building at 9:04 p.m. on Sept. 15.
A University student reported cell phone, wallet and contents worth $378 were stolen from the Ramsey Center between 10 p.m. and 10:45 p.m. on Sept. 15.
A University student reported an Apple iPhone worth $500 was stolen from the Ramsey Center at 10:30 p.m. on Sept. 15.
The University reported a tent cover worth $3,000 was stolen from Tate Center Plaza between 7 p.m. on Sept. 15 and 8 a.m. on Sept. 16.
A University student reported a book bag and contents worth $553 were stolen from Cedar Street between 7:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. on Sept. 15.
A University student reported that a person unknown to her followed and placed her under surveillance against her will at the Baldwin Hall Lot between 6:15 p.m. and 8:15 p.m. on Sept. 15.
A University student reported being threatened and visited against her will by a person known to her at the Coliseum at 1:36 p.m. on Sept. 16.
A University student reported that a known individual made unwanted physical contact of an insulting and provoking nature at the Vet School at 6 p.m. on Sept. 15.
The University reported several individuals writing on dry erase boards and walls at Mell Hall between 2:30 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. on Sept. 17.
A University student reported being deceived out of football tickets worth $200 at the Science Library at 5 p.m. on Aug. 27.
A University student reported a CD player faceplate worth $80 was stolen from the East Campus Parking Deck between 11:30 p.m. on Sept. 13 and 7 p.m. on Sept. 14.
The University reported damage in the form of chalk and marker drawings to the building and sidewalk at the Intramural Fields Pavilion between 10:30 p.m. on Sept. 12 and 2:30 p.m. on Sept. 17.
A University student reported damage to motorcycle in excess of $500 at Oglethorpe House Lot between 11 p.m. Sept. 17 and 8:30 a.m. on Sept. 18.
The University reported a recycling lid for garbage can worth $405 was stolen from the Main Library between 3 p.m. on Sept. 16 and 3 p.m. on Sept. 17.

ITS NOT 'MIP'!!!!! Its underage possession. I can be a 20 year old adult and be arrested for underage possession of alcohol. MIP doesnt make any sense. (Continued…)
