ESPN's College GameDay, which is coming to Athens Saturday for the first time since 1998, will be shooting from the Myers Community quad, Athletic Association representative Claude Felton said Tuesday.

The Myers dorm houses University students in the Honors Program, and is located between Lumpkin Street and Sanford Drive next to the South Campus parking deck.

The show begins airing at 10 a.m. Saturday mornings each week.

This is the first GameDay since 1998 (UGA vs. UT). Not 1992. ESPN didn't start going to college campuses for GameDay until 1993.

The last time they came was 1998, not 1992.
