Junior Jamie Hunt says there is only one thing on his mind this weekend as the men's tennis team travels to Atlanta to compete in the Georgia Tech Fall Invitational.

Payback.

After being defeated in straight sets by Georgia Tech's 33rd-ranked Guillermo Gomez on Sept. 21 at the Southern Intercollegiates in Athens, Hunt says he feels prepared to take advantage of his second chance should the opportunity present itself.

"I am looking to get revenge," Hunt said. "I wasn't on the top of my game when we played last time and (Gomez) played really well."

In addition to players from host school Georgia Tech, the Bulldogs will compete against individuals from Armstrong Atlantic, Auburn, Clemson, Davidson, Furman, Georgia State, Kennesaw State, Middle Tennessee State, UNC Wilmington, Penn State, Southern Miss. and Vanderbilt in the tournament.

Head coach Manuel Diaz is ready to see how his team fares in individual match play. "We're looking forward to (this weekend), we're excited," Diaz said. "It's a good test for everybody. We learned a lot from the Southern Intercollegiates and some of other guys are in need of match play."

No. 12-ranked junior Nate Schnugg will not compete in the Invitational and will instead take the weekend off to prepare for the upcoming All-American Championships in Tulsa, Okla.
