Brent Adams of North Harris Street said he was walking home from downtown around 3 a.m. Dec. 12. In the 400 block of Reese Street, he said a black vehicle occupied by three black males pulled up and stopped. One of the males jumped out and struck him on his arm with a baseball bat. The male demanded his wallet and Adams complied. The suspect returned to the vehicle and they left. Adams did not provide any further descriptions of the suspects nor the vehicle. The wallet and contents were valued at $91.

Between midnight Dec. 10 and 11 a.m. Dec. 11 a 2007 Qianjiang moped was stolen from the East Broad Street residence of Matt Alvarez. The moped is red and valued at $3,000.

David Awadalla, 21, Vine Street, was arrested after he attempted to obtain drugs at Buy Wise, 740 North Chase Street, with forged prescriptions. He was charged with three counts first degree Forgery, one count second degree Forgery, three counts Obtaining an Illegal Substance by Forgery, and Giving False Name/DOB. This arrest was made around 1835 Dec. 15.

Officers responded to an assault at a Barnett Shoals Road residence around 3:10 p.m. Dec. 18. Upon arrival contact was made with Mathew Gonglach of North Avenue who apparently had a broken nose. EMS responded and confirmed the injury. Investigation revealed Gonglach was visiting his girlfriend. Her ex-boyfriend, Bernard Daniel Snow, came over to drop off an item. She stepped outside to talk with Snow. When she told him her new boyfriend was inside Snow became upset. He quickly pushed by her and ran toward Gonglach, striking him in the face causing him to fall to the floor. Snow got on top of Gonglach and struck him several more times in the face. He then fled. He was found later at his residence and arrested. Snow, 21, Barnett Shoals Road, was charged with Aggravated Battery. Gonglach went to St. Mary's Hospital for treatment.

Todd Sapp reported his South Hampton Point residence burglarized between Dec. 16 and Dec. 21. TVs valued at $1,200 were stolen.

Stephen Drakerford Ayers reported his North Lumpkin Street residence burglarized between midnight Dec. 18 and 3:30 a.m. Dec. 19. A laptop, video game, tray, and cable with a total value of $1,095 were stolen. This was not reported until Dec. 22.

Around 10:20 p.m. Dec. 16 officers responded to a possible burglary in progress at the Baxter Drive residence of Richard Amenya who said someone was trying to force open the door. Entry was not made but the door was damaged. The first officer to arrive saw two males walking down the hall. When he called out to them they fled on foot. After several minutes of searching for the males, they were located inside the building. After an investigation, Kendrick Deangelo White, 18, Pauldoe Street, was arrested and charged with Criminal Attempt Burglary, Loitering/Prowling, Obstruction, and Criminal Trespass to Property.

Keith Justin Anderson, 22, was arrested and charged with DUI Alcohol and obeying signal/signs. He was booked at 10:06 p.m. on Dec. 17.

Daniel Jonathan Connor, 22, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. He was booked at 1:35 a.m. on Dec. 18.

Shannon Marie Goyda, 29, was arrested and charged with battery. She was booked at 3:33 a.m. on Dec. 18.

Joseph Hannan Welleford, 19, was charged with less than an ounce of marijuana. He was booked at 9:10 a.m. on Dec. 17.

Robert Franklin Dillard, 42, was arrested and charged with felony possession of cocaine, battery, tampering with evidence and obstruction of a law enforcement officer. He was booked at 8:20 a.m. on Dec. 19

Jordan Robert Hill, 21, was charged with a probation violation. He was booked at 5:43 p.m. on Dec. 18.

Matthew Golden Casto, 21, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. He was booked at 3:48 a.m. on Dec. 20.

Austin Hagen Cruce, 19, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, DUI Alcohol, following too closely and underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 9:55 a.m. on Dec. 19.

Caitlin Sarah Lammie, 24, was arrested and charged with DUI Alcohol and improper driving. He was booked at 9:29 p.m. on Dec. 19.

John Calvin Morecraft, 30 was arrested and charged with DUI Alcohol and right of way crosswalk. He was booked at 1:30 a.m. on Dec. 21.

Jeremy Brian Nation, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 2:17 a.m. on Dec. 28.

Kasey Lynne Phillips, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. She was booked at 1:41 a.m. on Dec. 28.

Michelle Christine Wilson, 26, was arrested and charged with furnishing alcohol to minors. She was booked at 3:34 a.m. on Dec. 28.

Amy Darlene Chapman, 29, was arrested and charged with obstruction of a law enforcement officer, giving false information, suspended license and driving on a divided highway. She was booked at 5:59 p.m. on Dec. 29.

Charles Mathews Barnwell, 22, was arrested and charged with DUI Alcohol and obeying signal/signs. He was booked at 4:28 a.m. on Dec. 6.

William Gatewood Brading, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 3:53 a.m. on Dec. 6.

Bailey Elizabeth Davis, 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. She was booked at 3:56 a.m. on Dec. 6.

Andrew Murphy Head, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 3:23 a.m. on Dec. 6.

Valeria Dmitrievna Kravchouk, 18, was arrested and charged with DUI Alcohol, underage possession of alcohol and lights required. She was booked at 6:03 a.m. on Dec. 6.

Joan Ellen McGregor, 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. She was booked at 4:05 a.m. on Dec. 6.

Caleb Gregory Smith, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and possession of a fake ID. He was booked at 1:29 a.m. on Dec. 6.

Andrew Jordan Stipe, 20, was arrested and charged with simple battery on a police officer, obstruction of a law enforcement officer, disorderly conduct and underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 3:03 a.m. on Dec. 6.

Urmila Venkatakrishnan, 23, was arrested and charged with felony theft by shoplifting. She was booked at 10:38 p.m. on Dec. 5.

Joseph Andrew Ventry, 18, was arrested and charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He was booked at 5:10 a.m. on Dec. 6.

Scott Allen Bickerton, 20, was arrested and charged with DUI Alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident, improper driving and underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 9:38 a.m. on Dec. 6.

Jonathan Reid Harris, 22, was charged with DUI Alcohol. He was booked at 9:07 p.m. on Dec. 16.

Tonio Octavious Howard, 18, was arrested and charged with obstruction of a law enforcement officer. He was booked at 9:01 p.m. on Dec. 6.

Thomas Parker Payson, 19, was charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 11:23 a.m. on Dec. 6.

Matthew Michael O'Meara, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was arrested at Morris Hall at 2:39 a.m. on Dec. 6.

James Allen Smithson III, 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was arrested at Lumpkin Street and Broad Street at 2:21 a.m. on Dec. 7.

Amanda Jayne Gould, 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. She was arrested at Lumpkin and Broad Streets at 2:21 a.m. on Dec. 7.

Alexandra Veltri was arrested and charged with DUI Alcohol, underage possession of alcohol and failure to maintain lane. She was arrested at Macon Highway at Moose Club Drive at 2:22 a.m. on Dec. 14.

Alex Ifland Acker was arrested and charged with affray. He was arrested at 2:58 a.m. on Dec. 18.
