I did enjoy the extra 30 minutes that it took to get from the EPA to College Station road because of an accident that helped me to miss my 8am class.

When hundreds or thousands of students are still without power well into the early morning hours of a 20 degree night, the University should alter its priorities from ensuring that midterms go off without a hitch to making sure that its students are safe for the night. (Continued…)

I fell twice en route to class. Luckily I wasn't hurt, but the conditions for students attempting to walk to class are dangerous nonetheless.

Just helped a kid get his car out of the FROZEN Driftmier Parking lot. This really is ridiculous.

I woke up this morning for my 8 o clock class at East Campus. I checked my email, classes were not cancelled or delayed, and there was no mention of buses not running. (Continued…)

Even though it was literally freezing outside, I had no choice but to bare the cold due to an 8 am midterm. Realizing that the buses could possibly be running behind, my roomate and I woke up early and got to the bus stop almost an hour before class. (Continued…)

I just wanted to say that not only getting to campus is a HUGE hassle and very dangerous but campus is no better. People are sliding all over the place. (Continued…)

I looked out my window this morning and saw a sheet of ice. There were no cars on my normally busy street and I took that as an indicator that it wasn't safe out there. (Continued…)

i can't believe today wasn't a snow day. I'm a student and didn't have power until this morning and my car is still stuck in my driveway.
It froze again last night and so i just don't understand why they didn't cancel at least half of the day today. (Continued…)
