Second-ranked Georgia will make stops at #23 Florida and #22 South Carolina this week as the SEC season continues. The Bulldogs sport an 11-1 record (2-0 SEC). Last week, Georgia posted 6-1 wins at home over #70 Ole Miss and #57 Miss. State.

Since opening the season against a couple of unranked opponents, the Bulldogs have faced 10 consecutive ranked teams (six in the top 11). This week's schedule will increase the total to 12 ranked teams. The only blemish for Georgia this year came against top-ranked Northwestern in the finals of the ITA National Team Indoors on Feb. 16 in Madison, Wis.

The 23rd-ranked Gators (7-5, 1-1 SEC) opened up SEC play with a 4-3 loss at #14 Kentucky and then registered a 5-2 win over No. 33 Vanderbilt in Nashville. Florida is 5-0 at home. Gator sophomore Marrit Boonstra is ranked eighth nationally in singles with a 23-5 record including 11-0 in dual matches.

The 22nd-ranked Gamecocks (6-4, 1-1 SEC) did the opposite of the Gators this past weekend, losing to No. 33 Vanderbilt on the road and then beating #14 Kentucky 5-2 in Lexington. It was the first loss of the year for the Wildcats (9-1, 1-1 SEC). The match eventually moved indoors after the wind exceeded 25 mph. USC is led by 33rd-ranked Gira Schofield, a senior who is 15-4 this year including 9-1 at No. 1. Junior Ana Marija Zubori is ranked No. 49 and is 17-3 overall including 9-1 at No. 2.
