Report: Men's basketball teams finds its guy

The Georgia men's basketball team has hired Nevada coach Mark Fox as its men's basketball coach, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
Fox will be introduced Friday at 11 a.m. at a news conference in Athens.
Fox guided Nevada to a 123-43 record in five seasons, winning the Western Athletic Conference four times. The Wolf Pack also made the NCAA tournament his first three years, advancing to the second round in 2005 and 2007.
Fox served as an assistant at Washington, Kansas State and Nevada prior to his promotion in 2004.

This one came completely out of left field, but after the initial surprise and looking into this guy, I'm very pleased with the hire.

I really just don't know about this. I don't not like the hire, I just question it. Damon was talking such a big game about this hire and this is who he comes up with. (Continued…)
