In order to prepare for student ticketing changes that will begin in the fall, the Athletic Association is asking students to bring their UGA IDs to the G-Day game Saturday and have them scanned as they enter the stadium.
Come fall, student tickets for football games will be credited to their IDs, which will be read at the gates.Saturday will be a test run, with participating students being entered into a drawing for a Mark Richt-autographed Georgia helmet.
Students should enter through gates 3 or 4A, and are being asked to begin entering at 12:30, though gates open at 10:30.
