Crimewatch April 6 - April 9

The following incidents were reported by the Athens-Clarke County police:
University student Melissa Abby Weinstein reported a burglary on Clarke Drive on April 8 between 7:0 p.m. and 11:36 p.m. The suspect entered through a rear window and went through drawers and a desk. Nothing was taken.
A 26-year-old woman reported a rape by a male stranger on Commerce Road on April 6 between 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.
University student Hannah L. Wilson was arrested and charged with DUI, underage possession of alcohol with driver and speeding on April 9 at 1:15 a.m. on Macon Highway at the Timothy Road exit. Wilson was arrested under implied consent after a field sobriety test.
The following incidents were reported by the University police:
A criminal trespass was reported at Hill Hall on April 8 at 10:10 p.m. A rock was thrown at an exterior window.
A hit and run accident was reported at the intersection of Carlton Street and Smith Street on April 7 at 9:11 a.m.
A University employee reported an entering auto in the North Campus parking deck on April 7 between 6:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. A black tool bag and cash, totaling $660 in value, were taken.
