Spec Towns Track Complex has been kind to the Georgia track and field squads lately.

Last weekend saw 11 Bulldogs achieve regional qualifying marks here in Athens, including senior Justin Gaymon being named the SEC Male Runner of the Week.

Gaymon clocked the second-fastest time in the NCAA in the 400-meter hurdles (49.60 seconds) this season - he has won all three of the races he has competed in this season.

Gaymon is the two-time defending SEC champion in the event, and currently holds the top time in the conference this outdoor season.

Other Bulldogs that had successful performances: sprinter Georgina Nembhard and distance runner Kristie Krueger both had regional qualifying times; as well as throwers Michelle Thompson, Nate Rolfe and Josipa Jelicic.

A select number of the No. 13 Georgia men and the Bulldog women will look to continue that success at home this weekend in the Bulldog Limited on Saturday, April 18.
