Having read Fitzpatrick's article and seeing this editorial cartoon, I would say it's time for a bit of a change at the Red and Black. These events happened all of two days ago, and already the whole gun control issue not only rises to the surface but rears its ugly head in not one, but two (so far) different ways in our lovely "student" newspaper. If this isn't the right time to raise the issue of gun control, then when is it? Gun control needs to be addressed with exactly events like this in mind, those which highlight the deadly results of lax gun control. (Continued…)
