FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - Saturday's softball games between eighth-ranked Georgia and Arkansas have been cancelled due to inclement weather.
The series between the Bulldogs (37-9, 16-7 Southeastern Conference) and the Razorbacks (27-24, 10-14 SEC) has been reduced to a two-game double header that will take place Sunday at Bogle Park. First pitch of the twin bill is slated for 10 a.m. ET.
By virtue of the series against Arkansas being reduced to two-games, Georgia has secured a third-place finish in the overall SEC standings and a No. 3 seed for the SEC Tournament May 7-9 in Knoxville, Tenn. Earlier on Saturday, Alabama clinched the No. 2 seed with a win over Tennessee.
