A University student making a delivery for Bulldawg Pizza, Wings & More was attacked by a man with a towel at a Athens apartment complex early Tuesday, according to an Athens-Clarke County police incident report.

The student was sent to an apartment at The Reserve at 175 International Drive at 1:15 a.m. Tuesday, and was asked by the person who placed the order to bring change for a $100 bill.

The student was walking toward the apartment when he saw a man wearing blue shorts or swim trunks and a towel around his shoulders. After the man with the towel passed, the student said the man then placed the towel around his face and head and held it very tight, while someone else placed their hand into the student's right rear pants pocket, trying to get money out.

The student was able to break free, the report states, went back and step and saw three white men standing by him. The man with the towel said the student was not Blake and said Blake "would have fricked out" and started to walk away. The student then went to the intended apartment and knocked, but no one came to the door, and went back to his car and drove around the complex to see if he could see the three men. He did not, and telephoned the police.

The student was not injured and nothing was taken, but he intends on filing charges.
