The University reported a Dell computer monitor ($250) stolen from Conner Hall between May 29 and June 1.
A University student reported a Schwinn bicycle ($200) stolen from Russell Hall between May 8 and May 31.
The University reported a broken window pane on an exterior door at Agriculture Services between June 1 and June 2.
A visitor reported a broken window on a track hoe at Kappa Sigma between June 2 and June 3.
The University reported a laptop ($2,020) stolen from the Pharmacy Building between June 1 and June 3.
The University reported a DVD/VCR player ($77) stolen from Memorial Hall between April 1 and June 4.
A visitor reported receiving threats from known individual at University Village on May 30.
The University barred a subject in reference to a prior domestic dispute at the Geography Geology Building on June 5.
The University barred a subject after multiple requests not to use computers at the Tate Center on June 5.
The University reported a broken window at the Psychology Building between June 4 and June 8.
A University student reported a helmet ($100) taken from parked scooter at the Chemistry Building on June 9.
Donavon Keon Baldwin, 22, was arrested and charged with speeding and driving with a suspended license. He was arrested at 12:47 p.m. at River Road on June 5.
Charles C. McGee, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol, DUI alcohol, failure to maintain lane and possession of a fake ID. He was arrested at Lumpkin Street and Baxter Street at 2:03 a.m. on June 6.
Martha Lane Pait, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. She was arrested at Lumpkin Street and Baxter Street at 2:03 a.m. om June 6.
Michael Addison Houck, 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and possession of a fake ID. He was arrested at Creswell Hall at 3:41 a.m. on June 5.
The following was reported by Athens-Clarke County police:
Michael Demperio of Ruth Street reported his residence was broken into on June 5. He reported a TV and video game were missing
Jake E. Wallace of Cole Manor Drive, reported his residence entered between May 28 and June 4. A PlayStation 3, Vizio Flat Panel TV, and liquor were missing - valued at more than $1,100.
Adam Monica reported while at work at Bulldog Pizza/Wings he was making a delivery to an apartment on International Drive on June 2. An unknown suspect placed a towel around victims face and head and was pulling it very tight and at the same time victim felt someone place their hand into his right rear pants pocket trying to get the money out. Victim said he was able to get out of this hold. The 3 white male suspects, age 18-21, walked away. Victim was not injured nor was anything taken.
Brandon Tibor Zsolney, 29, was arrested and charged with DUI alcohol, improper turning and suspended license. He was booked at 3:42 a.m. on June 6.
Stacy Paige Cason, 22, was arrested and charged with DUI alcohol, improper driving and failure to obey a stop sign. She was booked at 11:24 p.m. on June 7.
Todd Alan Minning, 25, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was booked at 4:16 a.m. on June 6.
Richard Colby Whitehead, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and open containers. He was booked at 1:32 a.m. on June 6.
George Wilson Taylor, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and open containers. He was booked at 1:24 a.m. on June 7.
Brandon Altwuan Etchison, 17, was arrested and charged with felony burglary and no proof of insurance. He was booked at 4:01 p.m. on June 4.
Christopher Thomas Howell, 20, was arrested and charged with speeding and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. He was booked at 12:45 a.m. on June 5.
Rachel Caitlin Litchfield, 22, was arrested and charged with DUI alcohol, improper driving, no proof of insurance, and turning movements. She was booked at 3:37 a.m. on June 5.
Misty Nicole Reed, 19, was arrested and charged with battery. She was booked at 11:39 p.m. on June 1.
William Zachry Duck, 27, was arrested and charged with simple battery. He was booked at 4:19 a.m. on June 2.
