The following was reported by the University Police:
Claudetta Meshay Bell had a warrant issued for seven counts of misdemeanor theft by taking on Oct. 26.
Vincent Lee Vance was arrested and charged with failure to obey a traffic control device and driving without a license. He was arrested on College Station Road at the River Road Loop on Oct. 28 at 8:53 a.m.
Norrez Demond Atchison was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug related objects. He was arrested at the Creswell Hall lot on Oct. 29 at 3:15 p.m.
The following was reported by the Athens-Clarke County Police:
Lauren Danielle Patrick, 25, was arrested and charged with misdemeanor shoplifting after police responded to a call from the Lexington Road Wal-Mart's Loss Prevention Department. She was arrested at 4375 Lexington Rd. on Oct. 27 at 11:07 a.m.
Richard Kaps, 21, was arrested and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and DUI after an officer stopped him at a traffic checkpoint and smelled a burnt marijuana odor from his car. Kaps was arrested on College Avenue at Cleveland Avenue on Oct. 29 at 2:15 a.m.
Stephanie Leigh Hendren, 25, was arrested and charged with DUI and improper driving after an officer had difficulty getting her to pull over after he saw her vehicle swerve between lanes. She was arrested on Prince Avenue at Park Avenue on Oct. 30 at 1:22 a.m.
Rachel Marie Higgins, 23, was arrested and charged with DUI and passing in a no passing zone. She was arrested on Jackson Street at Clayton Street on Oct. 31 at 11:35 p.m.
